Multi-Site Operations

If you require information collected at your head office from your remote sites, or you allow your members to use all your sites, or you are a franchisor you will need one of our multi-site solutions.

SportSoft uses two main methods of handling multi-site operations. The first, a single database system, where each site is connected in real time to the data which is located on a central server, the second a distributed database system where each site is automatically synchronised with the head office during the night.

The more favourable option is the single, central database, it is easier to maintain, backup and the data at all sites is live. It is also possible to book facilities at any site from any other site and using the internet, all your bookings can be easily displayed on your web site. You would require thin-client technology to run this option or use our ASP service.(more....)
