Apr 2010 - Millennium Fitness use Online Bookings
After many years using the SportSoft class booking system at the centre, Millennium Fitness in Fife have provided their members with an online booking facility. To gently introduce the system to their members, they chose to limit half of the class spaces to online booking, with the remainder available only by phone or in person at the club. According to reports, due to the popularity of the system, the limit will need to be lifted in the very near future!
Feb 2010 - Will to Win choose SportSoft
A chain of tennis centres in London has chosen SportSoft for their management system. Will to Win is an expanding, multi-centre business providing modern tennis facilities, equipment and lessons to customers throughout the Central and West London areas. Their main reason for choosing the system was the online booking capability for courts and lessons
Nov 2009 - Warwick University switch to Hosted System
After many years using the booking system at the university, Warwick have decided to switch its location from their IT department to SportSoft's data centre. They were satisfied that the speed and availability of the system was improved and that the data was secure. Now approximately 10 users connect using an encrypted VPN internet connection to run their system
Sept 2009 - Hallmark Hotels choose SportSoft
Hallmark Hotels have embarked on an expansion plan to purchase and refurbish a number of strategically located hotels around the UK, most of which would contain a leisure club and some a beauty spa. They chose a SportSoft system not only because it could handle their varied requirements, such as membership management, spa bookings, point of sale and fingerprint or card access control, but also because it could be delivered using their existing Citrix infrastructure
Jun 2009 - Winners 2000 choose SportSoft
Winners 2000, a successful chain of fitness centres based in Devon, had been struggling with their existing system for some time and wanted to change to a system, which would allow their membership management to be controlled centrally from their head office. They therefore chose SportSoft's hosted system, which is delivered to their clubs over broadband internet. They also installed fingerprint controlled turnstiles at all their clubs along with electronic point of sale till systems.
Jan 2009 - New Portal System
SportSoft offers free portals to all new customers. A choice of styles is available and customers are able to keep the site up-to-date with their news, photos, events and other content. This means no bills for updates to your web-site!

Summer '08
Two major climbing centres have installed SportSoft's management system this summer, in London and in Cardiff. The system was chosen mainly because of its flexibility in handling the complex entry charges to the many different types of users to the centres and for the Point of Sale system, which handles cafe sales as well as it handles reception operations
Feb 2008 - Harrogate BC Perform Overnight Upgrade
Harrogate Borough Council performed an overnight upgrade of 5 leisure centres to Sportsoft latest version. IT Staff at the council rolled out a 5 centre upgrade within the space of a few hours with the absolute minimum of down time. The upgrade was particularly required for its new features in the Course Management system.
Jan 2008 - First European Site for Sportsoft
The IASIS Centre in Malta have chosen SportSoft LMS. This is the first installation outside the UK and Ireland for the company but promises to be the first of many.

Mar 2007 - Fingerprint Success in Schools
SportSoft installs the fingerprint recognition system alongside their epos and bookings systems in a number of school leisure centres. The system is proving popular because of its ease of use and low cost, and probably because the kids cannot lose their fingers - not without trying very hard anyway!
