The Course Management module has been designed with the user in mind. It will enable you to set-up schedules for courses of many different types, all with various pricing structures and timetables. Designed also to complement the membership and booking systems for the enrolment of students and the allocation of rooms or activity areas. Each course has a waiting list to enable proper processing of applicants. In order for a student to progress to their chosen course, there must be a space and they must have passed the necessary qualifications or conditions set by the course administrator. Changing schedule becomes very easy since the system calculates the penalties and charges associated with the move. Users can integrate their badges or awards scheme within the system and sell them though the till. Certificates can also be printed for successful students. At the end of a course an automated procedure allows correspondence to participants by email or letter informing them of their progress and next course.

The system is designed to operate across many sites and if required, receptionists can enroll students on any course at any centre. Payments for courses can be made through the Point of Sale module so the system is kept secure with the provision of various sign-on procedures and transaction audit. All sensitive and emergency contact details are held, such as non-parent passwords for child collection, and Doctor’s contact numbers.
