The Electronic Point of Sale module manages day-to-day sales transactions. It is designed to operate with a touch-screen monitor and thermal receipt printer for fast-track throughput in a variety of situations. With an unlimited number of user-definable sales screens and menus, the system can be designed to deal with many retail environments. Bars, cafes, shops and reception desks can all be given their own screens and colours using the simple set-up routines.

All activities and stock items can be assigned departments, sub-departments and nominal codes for a detailed breakdown of sales. The system has an optional Stock Control module, which can be broken down by warehouses and stores for reporting. In addition, other modules like bookings, course management and membership link directly to the EPOS system to give the entire centre’s sales in one report. For the collection of credit card payments, the system has an optional EFTPos module. The entire system is kept secure with the provision of various sign-on procedures and transaction audit.
