From our first point of contact, our aim is to simplify and assist our clients in all respects of the procurement and after-sales care process.

Our services include onsite and remote installation onto your local infrastructure and hosting from our own. 

You will probably appreciate help in choosing your computing hardware; PCs, tablets, and POS Terminals as well as peripheral hardware such as barriers, turnstiles and ID Systems. You will need a training course structured to your needs, be it onsite or remotely by phone or Skype.

Hosting

ASP stands for Application Service Provider, a company that houses your applications (e.g. Membership System) and lets you run them remotely using the internet. In some people's minds, this is the way forward and eventually all of us will simply get onto the internet to run our favourite computer software. There is no need to install lots of software on your computers because the ASP company has it installed. ASPs handle upgrades at their end and you avoid the interruption, thus allowing you to spend your time on your business and not your IT system.

Sometimes called Software as a Service, this method of delivery lends itself to a low monthly payment instead of a relatively large upfront cost, thus allowing smaller companies to now enjoy what used to only be possible in the larger local authorities with departmental IT resources.

This allows you to spend your time on your core business and reduces the total cost of ownership of the system.

Data Import

SportSoft can import existing customer data providing it is available in a common format such as MS Access, Excel, ASCII, CSV etc.

Installation and Training

Training on the set-up and use of the software is provided in full with the addition of context-sensitive help and detailed system manuals to back it up.

Networking and Broadband

SportSoft is able to provide a complete network cabling and broadband installation service if required.

Card Production

Whether mag-stripe, proximity, bar-code or key-fob, a variety of pre-printed, plastic swipe cards is available from SportSoft in your own design.  

Help and Support Desk

SportSoft is committed to providing a high-quality service to all customers. A complete system installation and performance check is provided by SportSoft technical staff and this is backed up by comprehensive training and continuing support.
 
Once a project is up and running technical issues should initially be addressed to the SportSoft technical support team via a telephone query or email.
 
All Cloud delivered systems receive free support 9 am - 5 pm, 365 days of the year. It is expected that most problems will be resolved by first-line support within 1 business hour of first call or call-back.

All hardware supplied by SportSoft can be supported on site if required. This service is available in mainland UK and Ireland only and applies to all our epos terminals, card printers and computers.

Coverage is provided by a national network of engineers supplied in the UK by Impetus Technologies(www.impetusuk.net)
All Cloud delivered systems receive free support 9 am - 5 pm, 365 days of the year. This can be extended to 7 am - 10 pm for an additional cost 
It is expected that most problems will be resolved by first-line support within 1 business hour of first call or call-back. Queries of lower priority may also be submitted by email.
